Starting NodeManager as a Windows Service - Status Shows as 'Inactive' in the WLS Admin Console (Doc ID 2914510.1)

Symptoms

Starting Nodemanager as a Windows Service, the status appears inactive in the WLS Console. In the WLS Console and the nodemanager.properties, the Listen Address for the Node Manager was set to a host name. If the Listen Address was changed to 'localhost' in the WLS Console for the Nodemanager, the status would show as 'Reachable'
