Webutil File Upload/Download Failed with 105101: Non-Oracle Exception After Java Upgrade (Doc ID 2914532.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading IBM Java 8.0.6.36 (based on Oracle 1.8.0_u301) to IBM Java 8.0.7.5 (Oracle 1.8.0_u321) or later version, Webutil file upload/download fails with 105101: Non-Oracle Exception.

The error 105101 is raised only when running the application, no error is encountered on Java client trace log or server logs.

Changes

Starting with IBM Java version 8.0.7.5 (Oracle 1.8.0_u321) order of security provider in java.security file has been changed.
