Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, OSB Core Functionality

When attempting to access OSB test console after upgrade,  the following error occurs.

The invocation resulted in an error: com.bea.wli.config.component.NotFoundException


Changes

 Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.1.4
