Symptoms

After applying OIM Bundle Patch (BP) 12.2.1.4.220703, the Deny/Allow attribute feature of the Admin Roles doesn't work properly.

If an user has two admin roles, one that allows him to change an attribute on the user form and one that denies him the possibility to modify that attribute, deny operation takes precedent even though the admin roles have different scope of control.
