Symptoms

If you set the OIG System property "OIM.DBDiagnosticLevelRecon=FINEST" and try to reconcile a resource with no child process form, the reconciliation job says is completes.   However all the reconciliation events are stuck in "Data Received" with the following errors in the diagnostic log:
