ESSO Logon Manager is failing to recognize the username and password fields for a web application published on Citrix, in both the Internet Explorer and Edge Chromium web browsers. 

Attempted to resolve the issue by applying patch 33825029 but the issue persists. There are only 2 applications affected and the IE compatibility mode is enabled in the Edge chromium web browser.
