Symptoms
The Service Provider (SP) initiated logout throws "Mismatched Session Index" error although the session Index included in the LogoutRequest received from the SP partner is the same with the one sent by OAM in the assertion.
- In a Federated scenario where OAM is Federated Proxy login works fine
- This only happens if the OAM Proxy environment is MDC.
