Switching From English to Arabic Causes Some Tables With Buttons Not To Fire And Scroll Bar To Move (Doc ID 2916904.1)

Symptoms

An ADF page is created and in that page there is a popup containing a table with a button in one of the columns. It works fine in English. When switching to Arabic, which changes the orientation from left to right, to right to left, the button no longer works and trying to click on it forces a scroll bar change. When the button is clicked nothing happens and the scrollbar moves to the right.

The Button action should fire and the scroll bar should be stable.
