On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, BPEL Service Engine

Multiple SOA Instances Shows In Running State And Stuck At The Dehydration Point

After the Assign activity it looks like the BPEL dehydration activity is taking a lot of time to write to the database or the thread are not getting released after dehydration.
