After migrating a client proxy application from FMW 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4 having the owsm policy "oracle/wss_username_token_over_ssl_client_policy" attached to the client, the following error occurs when trying to invoke a web service in Fusion Middleware 12.2.1.4
