WFR Invoices get stuck in State 250.

Classify RTS Instance logs have errors like this:

[Error] |20| Document d:\batches\00000000\<document name>.tif failed classification and extraction.

and

[Error] |20| Redirecting document d:\batches\<document name>.wdc to failed state, due to timeout or crash in last two processing attempts.

Unidentified changes to the domain-level service account used for the WFR RTS Windows Service.
