Server Error On Running Curl Command (Doc ID 2919180.1)

Symptoms

After setting external LDAP as system store trying to run curl command to validate config fails with server error

curl -u <LDAP_ADMIN>:<LDAP_PASSWORD> http://<OAM_HOSTNAME>:<OAM_PORT>/iam/admin/config/api/v1/config?path=/DeployedComponent/Server/NGAMServer/Profile/RestServices/OAMMFAOTP/UserStore > sub-config.xml

When running above curl command, below error message is displayed:

 

"This page contains the following errors: error on line 1 at column 1: Document is empty Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error."

Same behavior for below URL as well

http://<OAM_HOSTNAME>:<OAM_PORT>/iam/admin/config/api/v1/config

 

In log, below error is displayed

<Error> <oracle.oam.user.identity.provider> <OAMSSA-20041> <Failed to get Role Mappings for idstore.>
