Problem with Websocket on OHS WebLogic Plugin After Application is Redeployed "Active Websocket Connection Limit Reached" (Doc ID 2919222.1)

When using web sockets with Oracle HTTP Server and the WebLogic Plugin a failure occurs after the WebLogic application is redeployed.

OHS must be restarted to resolve the error.
