Getting "Error Report -Invalid Column Index" On SQL Developer When Running Some Queries Or Procedures with "q" Notation (Doc ID 2919331.1)

Symptoms

On : 22.2.1 version, SQL Worksheet
 

You have some queries and/or procedures that used to run fine in the older versions of SQL Developer (like 3.2 or 4.1.5). But for newer versions (like 4.2 and above) encounter the following error:

Error report - Invalid column index


However, the same queries run fine in SQL*Plus.
