Unable to Get Graphically Presenting Diagnostic Data From WebLogic Monitoring Dashboard (Doc ID 2922234.1)

Symptoms

WebLogic Monitoring Dashboard is showing empty. Issue is reproduced with the following steps:

1.  Open the WebLogic Console, and click on Monitoring Dashboard.

2. Expand Default Server * JDBC Data Sources on Default Server.

3. Expand DefaultServer * Application Work Manager on DefaultServer.

4. Expand DefaultServer * Server Work Managers on DefaultServer.

5. Stand alone Server, expand AdminServer * Application Work Managers on AdminServer.

6. Stand alone Server, expand AdminServer * Server Work Managers on AdminServer.

7. Stand alone Server, expand AdminServer * JDBC Data Sources on AdminServer.

8. There are many Display Panels, but none of them show any monitoring chart. But click on Default[ldap] Server Channel on DefaultServer, can see the runtime monitoring charts.
