Symptoms

On the following condition, a new lsinventory file is created in the directory: <MW_HOME>/cfgtoollogs/opatch/ and <MW_HOME>/cfgtoollogs/opatch/lsinv when AdminServer starts.

• PSU was applied (including Oct 2022 PSU and later)
• Production mode
• (even if -Dweblogic.log.DisplayPatchInfo=false is set)
