Incorrect config.xml Copied on Host When Managed Server Starts (Doc ID 2926322.1)

There are two different domains with the same name on two different hosts, Host 1 and Host 2.
The issue is that if a managed server is started on Host 1 the config.xml from Host 2 gets copied on Host 1.
