Goal

Why is there a difference in the item count between what is reported in the Capture Client and what is shown in the ECBATCHES table's ECITEMCOUNT? For example, a batch in the Capture client is reported to have 23 items when viewing the batch list, but the ECITEMCOUNT column for that same record shows 24 (1 additional item).
