Symptoms

When attempting to perform Trusted Reconciliation through DBAT connector ,configured through Application Onboarding to create users in Oracle Identity Governance (OIG), the following error is seen in the Notes section of the Reconciliation Event in the OIM Sysadmin Console UI :
