Symptoms

Oracle Forms and Reports 12.2.1.4.0 have been installed on a Windows server.

The Report layout and font style like size and weight settings are ignored with DESFORMAT=DFLT output. This occurs when the report is generated with Internet Explorer (IE).

Reports generated with DESFORMAT=PDF work fine.

Installation of Oracle Forms and Reports 12.2.1.4.0 in a new Windows server.
