Is it Required to Rollback Latest WebLogic PSU Patches Installed/Applied using Older Verison of Opatch (Doc ID 2927946.1)

Goal

The latest WebLogic PUS patches readme document mentioned in prerequisites The ORACLE_HOME should be installed with latest OPatch version 13.9.4.2.11 or higher. But all new released PSU patches installed using  OPatch version 13.9.4.2.7.

Is it required to rollback installed patches and apply/upgrade Opatch patch and apply again PSU patches ?
