Symptoms

When attempting to launch the test console through the servicebus console, the following error occurs.

Validation of ServiceMetadataDerivedType ../...Pipeline failed: ServiceMetadataDerivedType ../Pipeline/...Pipeline does not exist

This happens for all projects.
