Symptoms
This is an issue about a JDBC application that is getting restarted quite often because the java heap memory is exhausted and that is shutting down the services. They want to understand if there is some memory leak after the 19c upgrade
There is a <Doc ID 2765825.1> that talks about a similar issue which is resolved in version 21.3. However, the issue is occurring in Oracle Client 19.16.
