OEPE Hangs At Startup After Upgrading Ant Plugin To 1.10.12. (Doc ID 2928839.1)

Goal

By default, the ANT version that comes bundled with Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse (OEPE) or Eclipse Photon 4.8.0 is 1.10.3.
It has been observed that Eclipse hangs at startup after upgrading the ANT plugin to 1.10.10 or above.
This document lists the steps required to use a different version of ANT than the one bundled, and without upgrading the ANT plugin in Eclipse.
Since Eclipse 4.8.0 comes with ANT plugin version 1.10.3 while the ANT version that is compatible with UIM 7.5 is 1.10.x(where x>=9), the Ant plugin of version 1.10.12 was installed by following the below steps in Eclipse:
1)In Eclipse, go to Help-->Install New Software.
2)In Work With dropdown, hit the Add button and enter the repository information-"https://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/drops/R20220830213456/repository/".
3)Select the apache bundle from the list and complete the steps of the wizard to perform the update.
After upgrading the ANT plugin to 1.10.12, Eclipse hangs. Are these the correct steps?
