Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) 12.2.1.3: Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Future Start Dated User SSOTrusted - Ldapsync To Oracle Internet Directory (OID) Not Working (Doc ID 2930006.1)

Symptoms

When a user is created in OIM with Future Start Date, the following issues are observed:

1) User is Created in OIM with "Disabled Until Start Date" status
2) User is Created in OID.  SSOTrusted Account is "Provisioned" and is in "Disabled" state.  Observed obuseraccountcontrol and orclisenabled are "Disabled".
3) On the day of start day, Account Status is updating to "Enabled" and observed obuseraccountcontrol and orclisenabled arealso updating to "Enabled".

################## Failed Case #################

1) User is Created in OIM with "Disabled Until Start Date" status.
2) User is Created in OID.  SSOTrusted Account is "Provisioned" and is in "Disabled" state.  Observed obuseraccountcontrol are orclisenabled in "Disabled".
3) When the start day is updated manually to current day on OIM, then observed that SSOTrusted is not getting "Enabled".
4) OIM stating is updated to enabled but still - Observed obuseraccountcontrol, orclisenabled in disabled in OID and SSOTrusted is not getting enabled.
