Goal

For a User Profile having UNIQUE ID with ten Target accounts created, can one Target account be transferred to a different User Profile with another UNIQUE ID?

The transferred Target account should not be disabled even if the user with the User Profile (UNIQUE ID) person is no longer in the Organization.
