Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Upgrade Assistant Plugin

Email Import Processor doesn't import .msg file attachments. The emails sit in the Inbox and are not processed.

Changes

Upgrade to version 12.2.1.4, upgrade to Exchange Web Services with OAuth Authorization Code Flow authentication protocol
