In the Identity Self Service console, navigate to: Self Service, My Information, expand Proxies, Click Add.

At the Proxy selection screen within the User Interface (UI), it launches a popup.

The "Customize" button is not accessible when a sandbox is open for this popup.

Is there any way to get to this popup page element using a sandbox, or is there some other way to reach this section?
