Goal

Why are the "prefer-web-inf-classes" in weblogic.xml unable to load the New package structure, org.apache.xmlbeans.metadata.system.sXMLCONFIG, however it did with the Old package structure, schemaorg_apache_xmlbeans.system.sXMLCONFIG?
