Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, Content Server

User Groups are not reflecting in Oracle WebCenter Content after JAVA update

Changes

After replacing Java8 U321 with Java8 U331 or updating to latest JAVA version in the Fusion Middleware, the following errors may been seen when trace sections jps and userstorage are enabled in Webcenter Content:
