Symptoms

After performing an upgrade from OUD12.2.1.3.x to OUD12.2.1.4.x OUDSM login page fails to render.

The OUDSM login page displays the following message:
Error 404--Not Found
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
<IP> Not Found
The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.

Changes

 

Upgrade from 12.2.1.3.x To 12.2.1.4.x
