ESSO LM 11.1.2.4 Fails To Respond Applications in Multiple Edge Browser Windows

Symptoms
On : 11.1.2.4.0 version, Logon Manager
Once started to roll out ESSO-LM 11.1.2.4.0 which is an upgrade on the current version 11.1.2.3.2.
Noticed an issue where Logon Manager is failing to respond to an applicationif more then one Edge Browser is running.
This application is run in private mode - and the 'In-Private' option is selected for the ESSO Extension - it actually does work and LM is able to respond to application but as soon as we then open a second Edge window LM will no longer respond to application (In Private Mode)
This isn't an issue on current 11.1.2.3.2.
