Problem
----------------
Issue scanning document using ORDS/iCAP

Trying to upload files using APEX applications/ORDS listener to the database.  When a file is uploaded ORDS is sending the file to Scanning server. On the scanning server can see the file scanned and a response is sent with a success or virus found info. But looks like ORDS is not catching it as both good file and bad file are uploaded to the database.

The users are using APEX application using ORDS as Web Listener to upload the files into the database. ICAP is configured at the ORDS level as per the document.
