Login fails for all users and protected resources after applying the OAM Bundle Patch 11.1.2.3.220625.

The browser throws an "HTTP -404 Page Not Found Error" when calling the login page

Applied OAM BUNDLE PATCH 11.1.2.3.220625 to single OAM Managed Server node located on different host than the Admin Server
