Symptoms
After applying Window Server updates to the IIS Host, any time someone attempts to access the protected application, the app pool crashes.
- IIS issue with Portal.NET. Pool will not start
- The error in the logs shows:
- Same Windows Server Updates applied in lower environment with no issue.
