Symptoms


Installed the Flat File 12.2.1.3 connector using Application OnBoarding (AoB) which only has manual provisioning available. 

The modify account does not get processed for Process form updates and the UD_xxx form update does not get triggered at all.

The entitlement provisioning/revoke is working fine.
