Error Launching Upgrade Assistant or the ODI Studio Client after Applying Java 8u361 (Doc ID 2933787.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) home to use Java JDK 8u361, odd behavior possibly accompanied by the following errors now occur executing the Upgrade Assistant (UA) and the Studio client.

 The Java JDK used by the ODI installation has been updated to Java 8u361.
