OUD 12c - The ACI (Access Control Instructions) Evaluation Changes from True to False within Minutes (Doc ID 2933854.1)

Symptoms

Repeatedly performing an action that triggers the ACI evaluation it was observed that initially the correct evaluation is returned, however after as little as 10 minutes the evaluation changes  with no other external factors

 

Here is sample output from the ACCESSCONTROL log showing the evaluation change from TRUE to FALSE
