Information in this document applies to any platform.

OIM has been integrated with Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) and Oracle Universal Directory (OUD) product components in a High Availability (HA) cluster set up.  There is a F5 Load Balancer (LBR) in front of OHS clustered nodes. The stack has end to end Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) configured.

In OIM Identity Self Service-> Manage-> Applications, the Applications Page Shows Blank. There are no errors displayed in the Graphical User Interface (GUI) front-end.

OAM/OIM integration setup was working fine before applying the Oct 22 Stack Patch Bundle (SPB). The Java development Kit (JDK) has also been upgraded to 1.8.0_351.

"" Java argument has been set in the Weblogic domain start up file to work around the "WLSTException  connection" issue after the changes in  Oct22 SPB and JDK upgrade to 1.8.0_351.

OIM server out file has the following error messages:

Removed "!3DES" and "!DHE" from F5 LBR cipher suite string, issue is not seen.

However, the work around is not acceptable.
