Goal

Qn1:In SOA 12c , ongoing issue , transactions are getting STUCK in mediator in RUNNING status (status=0 in mediator_resequence_message table and status=1 in mediator_group_status table ) without any error of same GROUP ID and not got getting completed . As a work around , Rolling and Complete Restart is done along with SOA INFRA bounce but still messages remains in same STATUS .
