Deployment Archive Fails with Error: "ODI-10244: Cannot Import Mapping Property: IS_DEFAULT_XKM(with global Id: and internal id: 1866) because referenced Map Property Definition with global id does not exist" (Doc ID 2935362.1)

Symptoms

While trying to migrate the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) repository from the test environment to the QA environment, initialize deployment archive (DA) fails with the error below:


There is a mapping property named IS_DEFAULT_XKM with a global id that exist on source env but not one on the target.
DA and legacy export/import fail with the same error.
Smart export gives a warning, but it is successful.
