Exalogic OL6 Physical: "imageinfo" & "imagehistory" Does Not Show October 2021 PSU Version 2.0.6.4.211019 Version After OL6 Compute Node Upgrade (Doc ID 2936243.1)

In Exalogic physical racks with OL6 compute nodes, after applying October 2021 PSU which upgrades the 2.0.6.3.x image UEk2 kernels to 2.0.6.4.x UEK4 kernels, issue of "imageinfo" and "imagehistory" commands not showing October 2021 PSU version 2.0.6.4.211019 is seen.

When this issue is noticed, in most of the cases Exapatch command execution failing at the end of the patching after post patching checks is noticed. When we look at "uname -a" command output we notice that the kernel on the compute nodes is shown as UEK4 kernel, but the image version in "imageinfo" and "imagehistory" command shows old 2.0.6.3.x version.
