BPM Account Distribution Form is Not Working on Cluster After Applying WLS CPU OCT22 Patch (Doc ID 2937024.1)

Symptoms

Recently WLS CPU Patch OCT22 was applied along with Coherence patch 12.2.1.4.16.  After the patches were applied, the AP Coding form is not loading when both IPM managed servers are up. The form works fine with only one managed server up.  Similar symptoms occur when trying to access the WebCenter Enterprise Capture dc-console and dc-client webpages.

Imaging diagnostics log shows:

ADFc: Scope object serialization failed (object not serializable), scope='pageFlowScope[/WEB-INF/taskflows/axf-solutionworkspace-tf.xml#axf-solutionworkspace-tf]', objectKey='bpmConnection', objectType='oracle.ecm.axf.workspace.connection.BpmConnection'.

Before applying the patches, the coding form was working fine when having all servers of the cluster up.

Changes

Applied WLS CPU Patch OCT22 and Coherence patch 12.2.1.4.16.
