IBM RACF Advanced 9.1.0.17: "Find All Groups" Parsing Is "Combining" Two Groups. (Doc ID 2937175.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) 12.2.1.4.211010 Bundle Patch (BP) with IBM RACF Advanced connector 9.1.0.17, the following is seen:

In customers' RACF Dev system, the groups <GRP123> and <GRP234> are being "combined" into a single entry and stored in the Lookup.Groupnames look up as <RACFDev~GRP123GRP234>.

In customers' RACF Prod system, the groups <GRP345> and <GP456> are being "combined" as <RACFProd~GRP345GRP456>.
