Exapatch Error: "imageinfo and imagehistory are not linked correctly" (Doc ID 2938080.1)

After patching the Vserver with exapatch to apply PSU update we find that the kernel version information is showing wrong.

uname -a command is showing the correct kernel expected in PSU applied:
