OCI Load Balancing Receives Unexpected Closing Connections from OHS 12.2.1.4 (Doc ID 2938122.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Load Balancing (LB) is receiving closing connections from Oracle HTTP Server (OHS). This is seen when users are accessing applications which route from the LB to OHS nodes. No error is evident from the OHS logs. TCP dump was obtained to see the issue as follows.

Changes

 Customer setup was changed from F5 Load Balancer to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Load Balancing.
