After using <> "How to connect as sysdba/sysoper through iSQL*Plus in Oracle 10g" to
set up the DBA user, when using the following url:

the user is prompted with a username and password. As soon as the password is entered, the password 'blanks out'.

After three attempts, the system returns error, "401 Unauthorized."
