Goal

After applying some OS patches, the LDAP Gateway does not get restarted.

Voyager shuts down after 100 connect attempts as well.

This results in accounts going out of sync between OIM, LDAP Gateway, and the RACF Target System.

The situation is:  An account is not in RACF, the account is in LDAP Gateway but not with action flag 'delete' and OIM has the account in non-revoked status which should not be.

How to rebuild the LDAP Gateway backend?
