ODI12c SNP_LINE_TRT Table Is Not Updating LAST_DATE and LAST_USER when KM Code Is Modified (Doc ID 2938675.1)

Symptoms

When modifying the Knowledge module code in ODI Studio, the repository table SNP_LINE_TRT is not updating the LAST_DATE and LAST_USER column values.

The SNP_LINE_TRT table contains the details of each Task within a KM being used in projects.
There are two columns in that table LAST_USER and LAST_DATE which by the repository definition should contain:

DESIGN: SNP_LINE_TRT
Procedure tasks (including Knowledge Module tasks)
...
LAST_USER VARCHAR 400 false - - Last user name
LAST_DATE DATE - false - - Last update date
...

Changes

 Upgraded from 11g to 12c
