STEPS TO REPLICATE

1. Try to access a file to download from Content Information page by clicking on Native File or Web Location.
2. Above reference error is noted in logs with user unable to download.


BUSINESS IMPACT

User(s) unable to download the file from WebCenter Content (WCC).
